We recommend machine or hand wash at 30 and 600 rpm with a high quality wool detergent. It is best to dry your knitwear lying flat on a towel. Do not tumble dry or hang to dry as this will stretch the knitwear out of shape.

Wool is self-cleaning, so you can air it out and save water. In addition, light and dark woolen clothes should not be mixed together, as the dark clothes may stain the light clothes.

Simply use the return label that came with your order – and we will pay for the return shipping. Remember to get a receipt when you hand over the package so that it is insured all the way.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the new shipment. We will be happy to help you by sending you a new shipping label for a fee.
