ORDER
At clubcollection.com you can order goods via our webshop. If you have any questions about goods that are not on the site, you are welcome to contact us. You can also visit our store, where it is also possible to shop. We can also receive your order by phone, just have your credit card ready when you call, and we will enter the order for you. When you shop with clubcollection.com, agreements are made in Danish or English.
How to shop at Club Collection:
- Find the item(s) you want and press 'add to cart'.
- Find the basket icon in the top corner and accept our general terms and conditions.
- Click 'proceed to payment' and from here you will be taken through our checkout system to complete your order.
- Enter your personal information and select delivery method.
- Fill in your payment information. Check that all information is correct on the order page, and approve your purchase.
We would like to point out that you must be 18 years of age or older to shop at clubcollection.com - if you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
Payment can only be made using one of the credit cards below.
Deposit via Dankort - Visa - Visa Electron - Master Card - Euro Card - JCB Card - MobilePay.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. We do not charge a card fee. Expected delivery time in the webshop is 2-7 business days from the order being placed, but we always strive to ship the same business day as the order is received.
As will be apparent from the order, www.clubcollection.com will respond as soon as possible with information on whether the item is in stock and when the item will be shipped. The total price including shipping appears from the order confirmation.
All prices stated are in DKr. and include applicable Danish VAT.
Offers are valid while stocks last.
Goods are NOT shipped cash on delivery and we DO NOT ship to Norway.
Club Collection does not charge a handling fee for internet orders.
SHIPPING & SHIPPING
Shipping is added to all prices quoted if the item must be shipped. Clubcollection.com uses the applicable shipping rates of the distributor in question. We always strive to find the best and cheapest shipping.
All shipments are sent as insured business packages.
We send all items as parcel post, which makes it possible to track the package. The items are insured during shipping and upon receipt, please check the contents of the package. If the package and/or contents are damaged upon receipt, please report this to the distributor immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt and return the item to us afterwards. We always pack the items with the greatest care, so that the risk of shipping damage is minimized.
Shipments within the EU are subject to VAT. Shipments outside the EU are VAT-free.
Shipments within Denmark are sent with GLS.
Club Collection offers free shipping on all Danish orders over 900DKK.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION
If you have sent an item in for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email you will receive information about the further procedure in connection with the processing of your cancellation/complaint.
Clubcollection.com is an e-branded online store, and therefore you always have access to the e-brand's free Consumer Hotline when you shop with us.
Club Collection offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items purchased from Club Collection's webshop. This is valid from the day you receive your items.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel/return your purchase. You can send an email to: info@clubcollection.com .
In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it with the return. You will find it with your item or at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly informing us of this.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store. If the goods have been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider them used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. To receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the goods, but not actually use them.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, not including additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer. All within 14 days from the day on which we have received your notification that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide us with documentation that you have returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. You can also cancel the purchase by clearly notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30. Saturday 10:00-14:00.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. At Club Collection we make it easy and safe to return. If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer free returns with GLS. Simply use the return label that came with your order – and we will pay for the return shipping.
Please note that if you wish to exchange the item, you must cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item yourself. We will be happy to provide a shipping label for you to use for a fee.
Please note that the full order amount (including shipping) will only be refunded if all items on the order are returned. Should you, by mistake, receive the wrong item, we will of course pay for the return shipping. In this case, simply use the enclosed GLS label.
If you return a 2-piece offer item, of which you only keep one, you will be credited as if you had not taken advantage of the 2-piece offer and had only purchased one item.
If you return goods purchased with free shipping, of which you keep goods with a value of less than 900 DKK, the shipping price (39-49 DKK) will be added when crediting.
Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation with the returned goods and the processing will be faster if you fill out our standard cancellation form. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Returned items will be refunded 100% if the above is complied with. Please enclose a receipt with the item.
RETURNING GIFTS
If you have received a gift purchased from Club Collection and wish to return the item, you have the following options:
We can either exchange it for another item of similar value or issue a credit note. As the gift recipient, you have until the end of 14 days (from the date you received the gift) to notify us that you regret it and then 14 days to return the gift (see also the general terms and conditions of sale).
However, if you find an item that is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference as well as delivery costs if you want to have it sent instead.
The money can also be refunded upon presentation of the original receipt, however, we will only refund to the credit card used when ordering the gift in the first place.
You can also cancel/exchange the gift by physically coming into our store Monday to Friday 10:00-17:30. Saturday 10:00-14:00.
COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on 24-month warranty from the day you receive the goods. This means that you as a customer can complain about any errors and defects in the goods (product and manufacturing defects) that have occurred within 24 months of receiving the goods.
You can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation, if the complaint is justified.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us:
Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Note: We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
The rules of the Danish Sales Act on defects may apply to purchases of goods.
Club Collections' webshop does not assume responsibility for goods that cause consequences for manufacturing/product defects, unless this follows from mandatory Danish legislation.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. You are always welcome to contact us regarding questions about the use and maintenance of our products.
We also recommend that if the purchased goods are to be used beyond what can normally be expected of the goods, you should draw attention to this so that we have the opportunity to advise or advise against the desired purchase.
Common sense must be observed - everyone can imagine that leather goods cannot withstand being washed (wet for a long time) - both leather and buckles etc. will be destroyed in a short time. The product should of course only be used for what it can withstand - if you are in doubt before purchasing the product, you are always welcome to ask us.
We do not accept complaints if it is apparent from the product that there has been a breach of contract with the product, e.g. incorrect washing, etc. Please notify us before submitting any complaint.
We of course hope that none of the above will be relevant to you, but should it happen, we will do our utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
PERSONAL DATA POLICY
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal information is registered with Club Collection ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always occurs with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and customer service staff of Club Collection ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller at clucollection.com is CLUBCOLLECTION ApS.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Information provided to clubcollection.com is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
When you sign up for the newsletter, we register your email address with Klaviyo. The email address will not be shared with others.
As a registered user of Club Collection ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Danish Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Club Collection ApS via email info.
INFORMATION ON COMPLAINT OPTIONS
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@clubcollection.com . If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus .
In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
