Our collections have cashmere at their heart, and we source the yarns from goats that thrive in their natural environment and live off nature. This gives you the highest quality when you buy a cashmere sweater. The name comes from the goats' origins in Kashmir in the Himalayan region, but today the mountain and desert landscapes of Mongolia are home to people who live off goats, which provide both wool, milk and meat.

The goats produce a fine undercoat that protects them from the cold, and in the spring they are gently hand-combed to obtain the soft undercoat, which is used for yarn. The combing is done gently and at the time of year when the goats naturally shed. Cashmere wool is an exclusive and extremely delicate type of wool that cannot be compared to any other.

A large part of our cashmere is certified by Ecocert, an organic certification organization that ensures sustainability and animal welfare in the production of the cashmere yarn.
