COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act's rules on 24-month warranty from the day you receive the goods. This means that you as a customer can complain about any errors and defects in the goods (product and manufacturing defects) that have occurred within 24 months of receiving the goods.
You can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation, if the complaint is justified.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Note: We do not accept packages sent by COD or similar. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
The rules of the Danish Sales Act on defects may apply to purchases of goods.
Club Collections' webshop does not assume responsibility for goods that cause consequences for manufacturing/product defects, unless this follows from mandatory Danish legislation.
The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. You are always welcome to contact us regarding questions about the use and maintenance of our products.
We also recommend that if the purchased goods are to be used beyond what can normally be expected of the goods, you should draw attention to this so that we have the opportunity to advise or advise against the desired purchase.
Common sense must be observed - everyone can imagine that leather goods cannot withstand being washed (wet for a long time) - both leather and buckles etc. will be destroyed in a short time. The product should of course only be used for what it can withstand - if you are in doubt before purchasing the product, you are always welcome to ask us.
We do not accept complaints if it is apparent from the product that there has been a breach of contract with the product, e.g. incorrect washing, etc. Please notify us before submitting any complaint.
We of course hope that none of the above will be relevant to you, but should it happen, we will do our utmost to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
